O Lingerie Day é uma data que existe desde 2009 no Twitter, onde os usuários da rede trocam suas fotos de avatar por uma sua de lingerie ou assemelhados na última quinta-feira de Julho.

Será que Jacky O’Shaughnessy, esta modelo de 62 anos da American Apparel, participaria?



Amodelo nunca fez cirurgia plástica e suas fotos para a campanha não receberam manipulação do Photoshop, mostrando seu corpo exatamente como é. A campanha tem causado grande repercussão mundo a fora: em uma das publicações no Facebook da marca, postaram uma foto com a legenda: “Sensualidade não tem data de validade”



A American Apparel tem um histórico em fazer campanhas que fogem do comum, instigando sempre as pessoas a pensarem de forma diferente dos padrões impostos, principalmente por outras marcas de lingerie, e o debate é sempre interessante e válido.
